| 03.02.2001 | Sun releases the Java 2 Micro Edition for Linux
After visiting JavaSoft in the Valley and presenting my
Linux port, I worked together with the KVM development
team to include the patch into the next release of the
J2ME. My KVM project is now finished since I donated the
sources to JavaSoft. You will still find the project
documentation for historical reasons.

| 12/2000 | 1st prize of the Together Custom Building Block Contest
After contributing JUnitX, XPTest and the first release
of the Advanced Testing Tutorial to the Custom Building
Block Contest of TogetherSoft, my module has been rated
1st place. It is now part of the Together distribution.

Due to other projects and TogetherSoft being bought by Borland, I stopped
development on the project on extreme-java.de.

Release of JUnitX 2.1, XPTest 5.1 and jIDEAL 0.1 as well as a
complete relaunch of the Extreme Java site.

| 28.10.2001 | Together 5.5 with XPTest/JUnitX released
The fruits of the cooperation with the Together Labs in Prague
have been released. After winning the first prize in the
Together Custom Building Block Contest in winter 2000, the
labs took part in developing the next XPTest version,
released as part of Together 5.5. JUnitX is now a module on top of JUnit instead of an extended version of JUnit. Sun released my KVM for Linux patch as part of the new Java 2 Micro Edition. |

Release of the new JUnitX and XPTest versions as well as a Linux
port of the K Virtual Machine (KVM). The KVM is the Java 2
Micro Edition targeted for mobile devices like mobile phones
and small PDAs like the Palm Pilots.
