During my job as Java Architect for Sun Microsystems, I started
to develop open source software in my spare time. My site
Extreme Java reports
about those projects and provides additional material, e.g.
recommended reading for Java developers and architects.
The mission of the site is to work towards the
Next generation of Software Development Tools
In the projects I had the unique chance to work together with
people like Erich Gamma, Kent Beck and companies like
TogetherSoft and Sun. Some sources have been contributed by
me to those people/companies and their projects. On the other
hand a lot of contributions improved my projects.
